Carlo L'Chelle Dawson, a.k.a. Dean Dawson is excited to be Dean of Student Leadership at Northwestern High School. She has been in education for over two decades, serving as an English, Creative Writing, and Journalism instructor, Dean, as well as a graduate instructor for Rock Hill School district in partnership with Winthrop University. Dean Dawson believes that all students can learn and is driven to “motivate, uplift, and inspire” individuals to maximize their full potential. As Dean of Student Leadership, Dean Dawson is honored to POSITIVELY nurture Northwestern High School’s culture and climate.
